Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the AskWingman mobile application and related services (the “App”). By downloading, accessing, or using AskWingman, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Eligibility

AskWingman is strictly for adults aged 18 and older. You must provide a date of birth at sign-up, and you confirm that it is accurate. If we learn that you are under 18, we will terminate your account and delete your data.

Your Account

• You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You may use a pseudonymous handle or browse as a guest. You may not impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone.
• You may delete your account at any time from Settings, or by emailing support@walkwithmekinetik.life.

Acceptable Use

AskWingman is a community for honest dating and relationship feedback. You agree not to:

• Post content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, threatening, or that sexualizes or endangers minors
• Share another person's private information, or post sexual content about someone without their consent
• Spam, scam, advertise, or manipulate votes and rankings
• Attempt to break, overload, scrape, or reverse-engineer the App or its services

Our Community Guidelines describe the standard in more detail. Breaking these rules can get your content removed and your account suspended or terminated.

Content and Ephemerality

• You keep ownership of what you post. By posting, you grant AskWingman a limited license to display and distribute that content within the App for as long as it exists.
• Posts, comments, and votes are automatically and permanently deleted 24 hours after a post is created. Ephemerality is a core feature, not a backup service. Do not rely on the App to store anything you want to keep.
• You are solely responsible for the content you post and for any consequences of sharing it.

Advice Is Not Professional Guidance

AskWingman is a peer community. Feedback comes from other users and is opinion, not professional, medical, legal, or psychological advice. Use your own judgment. We are not responsible for decisions you make based on content in the App.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AskWingman is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes and Termination

We may update these Terms or the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates these Terms. Your continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
