Our standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE)
AskWingman is committed to preventing child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) on our platform. We have zero tolerance for any content or behavior that exploits or endangers minors.
This page outlines our published safety standards in compliance with Google Play's Child Safety Policy and applicable laws.
Age Restriction
AskWingman is strictly for users aged 18 and older. We enforce this through the following measures:
- Date of birth is required during account creation and is verified to confirm the user is at least 18 years old
- Users who do not meet the minimum age requirement are prevented from creating an account
- Our Terms of Service explicitly prohibit use by anyone under 18
- If we become aware that a user is under 18, their account will be immediately terminated and all associated data will be deleted
Prohibited Content and Behavior
The following content and behavior is strictly prohibited on AskWingman and will result in immediate account termination and reporting to the relevant authorities:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind, including images, videos, text, or illustrations
- Content that sexualizes minors in any way
- Grooming behavior or any attempts to solicit minors
- Sharing, requesting, or distributing exploitative content involving minors
- Any content that promotes, glorifies, or facilitates child exploitation
- Sextortion or any form of coercion involving minors
Detection and Prevention
We take proactive steps to detect and prevent CSAE on our platform:
- All user generated content, including posts, images, and comments, is subject to moderation and review
- Our reporting system allows any user to flag content or behavior that may involve the exploitation of minors
- Reports related to child safety are treated with the highest priority and are reviewed promptly
- Content that expires after 24 hours is still subject to review and reporting throughout its lifespan
- Accounts found to be in violation of these standards are immediately and permanently suspended
How to Report CSAE Content
If you encounter any content or behavior on AskWingman that you believe involves child sexual abuse or exploitation, please report it immediately:
- In the App: Use the Report button on any post, comment, or user profile. Select “Safety” as the reason for your report. These reports are prioritized for immediate review.
- By email: Contact us at support@walkwithmekinetik.life with the subject line “Child Safety Report”. Include as much detail as possible.
If a child is in immediate danger, please contact your local law enforcement immediately. You can also report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline or your country's equivalent reporting authority.
Reporting to Authorities
AskWingman complies with all applicable laws regarding the reporting of child sexual abuse material and exploitation:
- We report all identified CSAM and CSAE to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) as required by U.S. federal law
- We cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations related to child exploitation
- We report to relevant regional and national authorities as required by applicable local laws
- We preserve evidence and account information as needed to support investigations
Legal Compliance
Our app complies with all relevant child safety laws, including but not limited to:
- U.S. federal law requiring reporting of apparent child sexual abuse material to NCMEC (18 U.S.C. § 2258A)
- The PROTECT Act (Prosecutorial Remedies and Other Tools to end the Exploitation of Children Today Act)
- Applicable regional and national laws regarding child safety and CSAE reporting in jurisdictions where our users are located
